Use stock levels exporting and importing to update your stocks for example after inventory.

IMPORTANT! IMPORTING STOCK VALUES SHOULD HAPPEN ONLY IN TIME WHEN THERE IS NO OTHER CHANGES, POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE TRANSACTIONS, IN THE SELECTED WAREHOUSE. OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT CAUSE MISMATCHING STOCK QUANTITIES.

User privilege needed:
– Stock in manager OR
– Stock out manager OR

The data is in csv type text file. You can open this in any spreadsheet editor. Here we use Excel from Microsoft.

Use tools at your hand in spread sheet program to move the text into columns if needed for easier editing.

Change product stock values to correct ones for updating stock in Peppercan (1).

You can also use + and – symbols to increase or decrease line item stock values (2).

And if there is no changes, you can easily as well delete any row, it will not affect its value (3).

Import New Stock Values
